samsung nexus 10 speakers not working

Hi everyone
Over the last week or so I have noticed that no sound is coming out of either speaker, sound turned up ect
Doesn't work on apps google music or notifications
I personly think it has done this since a update was loaded on it my nexus, changing evverthing on my settings and tbh I sent something I wanted also the ear phones don't work
Has any1 experienced the same recently?

Known 5.0 problem. Reboot and sound returns.
