Samsung Note 2 touchwiz home stopped, cannot access any page

My phone keeps displaying the message "Unfortunately ,Touchwiz Home has stopped' and I am not able to access any page.No result even after clicking 'OK'.
Infact the phone looks like hung. Its just a black screen.
