Samsung Note 3 verizon (unlocked) receiving calls in wrong formats, what should I do?

Samsung Note 3 verizon (unlocked) receiving calls in wrong formats.

My Galaxy Note 3 (Unlocked From verizon) has always been receiving calls in the wrong formats. Some how the phone does not add a country code to the incoming calls showing me a wrong formated number. For example Instead of +1 956 7536871 I receive +95 67 536 871. The weird thing is that when It comes to receiving texts the numbers are displayed properly. I have Factory reseted the phone, cleared the memory of the phone app . Nothing seems to work. Also just for extra details im utilizing the phone on cricket (at&t).

If you go into the Settings gear, then Call, then scroll down to Other Call Settings, then click on Current Country, is that set to your current country? That's what formats the phone number text string.
