Samsung Note 4 can't place calls from Bluetooth headset while phone locked

I had an issue where I could no longer place calls from my phone via my Bluetooth headset while my phone was locked. I did it previously before I reformatted my phone.

I discovered I had "S Voice" as my new voice dialing after I reformatted.

In order to make calls while your phone is locked, you must MAKE GOOGLE "G" YOUR DEFAULT APPLICATION.

Samsung forces you to unlock the phone. Good luck.
