Samsung Note 9 not automatically updating via WiFi

[Android Central Question]

I own the note 9 512g version for a while now and it doesnt auto update the system via wifi even tho its selected ,I wonder if this is the problem of my crappy wifi ,is there a
sometype of only update when wifi sped is more than 2g or so?

I've noticed that I've been having issues with the play store not auto updating apps. the same thing is happening on my tab s5e so it must be on Google's end.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the OP is talking about system updates, and not app updates through the Play Store. Does this also happen on other wi-fi networks?
