Samsung Notes Update

I have the 2.3.02.2 version & i don't have the option to change the background to black.

Can you give more detail how to do this?

Had the same issue and figured it out. You need to enable "signature color" before the "pen color for saved notes" will show up.

I do. You can grab the new version from APK Mirror here . Once installed, make sure you have Signature color enabled and the option will show.

Download the Apk as stated above and you will have the best version.

Side loaded the apk, works great. screen off notes in yellow, when viewed text is in black, perfect. we'll, I'd prefer viewing with a black background and yellow ink, but good enough.

The setting is accessed from within the Samsung Notes application, not the S-pen settings.

I Still don't have this. I installed the APK, I have signature color enabled...nada Galaxy Apps updated a couple of days ago but nothing changed as far as the saved note having black writing.

It will update at some point, it's the same as the Security updates, Samsung roll them out at different times to different countries.
