Got mine ordered this morning. They had some issues at first the promotion wasn't showing up. But went ahead and grabbed the wireless charger when they fixed it. A great way to bring in customers. Funny thing I was just talking about if I should get that charger or not lol

I had the same problem and called Samsung Pay support team (844)726-7297. The technical support people couldn't get it to work so I got a ticket # for the issue and hopefully they will respond with an e-mail or a phone call within 24-48 hours. Keep fingers crossed :'(
 
Mine originally didn't show up. I checked after I made a purchase at Walmart then it showed up. Got another wireless charger coming now. Got my first one with the phone from Best Buy.
 
Received my wireless charging pad just five minutes ago. Not as long as I thought it would take. It's white and at least it works.
 
received my shipping confirmation (730 pm cst). It is great to know that it has been shipped even though I pulled the new wireless charger from my mail box earlier today about(1115 am cst )
 
No luck here. I put in a claim Wednesday, then got an email confirming that I'd registered and saying that I'd get another email after they approved me. I haven't received the second email yet, and when I searched on my email, it said there was no record of my registering. Very frustrating.
 
I received a white charger last week and then today to my surprise, I received a black one. Hooray for 2 free chargers

The gravy train is still rolling. I got a white charger in the mail this past Saturday and a second white charger yesterday. The second one had a tracking number so I kinda knew when it was coming. The first one showed up out of nowhere without any tracking information.

I received 2 chargers. A white and black. Thanks Samsung! Now I have 3 total. 1 for bedroom. 1 for office. 1 for car.
