Samsung pay won't update Note 5 Verizon

It won't let me update don't know why, also when I go to use my debit card, places that take the chip card samsung pay won't work need help please thanks.

If you have disabled apps like samsung billing, or anything related to your Samsung account, re-enable them.

So far 0 for 2 on using Samsung pay, the reader at 2 different stores which were said to be compatible detected and read the phone but twice now didn't complete transaction. Not sure why.

It's said the same for me, but then the 3rd time it worked. Whatever, just keep your card on you for a backup.

Go to application manager. On the top, there is a drop down menu. It probably says all apps right now. Choose disabled. Click on the ones you want and choose enable

For last 5-6 days all my AmEx cards in Samsung pay are disabled. My chase and Citi cards are fine...its just AmEx... Any idea why?
