So I got an unlocked Note10+ from Samsung. I got the $200 credit which bought me a number of cases. Well...I ended up going with a ATT branded Note10+ (for carrier services). So now I need to send unlocked one back to Sammy. Question,I need to send the cases back right? What happens if I don’t? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Of course you would, they were "free" based on you purchasing the phone thru Samsung. I would suspect they would happily charge you for not returning them.

Yeah of course I know the terms. But was wondering if I did not send back the cases...would they just charge me for the cases. Or would it screw up the whole return ?

Better to call Samsung and ask how the return process going to play out in your case.

As long as you're still getting the phone through them, I believe you should be fine to keep them. I had to exchange my initial Note7 (before the battery recalls) and Note8s in each time for a manufacturer's defect and I kept everything else. Worst case scenario, you could always reach out the Samsung support.

They will most likely charge for those. Knowing Samsung and their customer service it's easier to return everything and buy your cases separately so that your return goes smoothly. You never know how they handle if you don't return everything.
