Well, so much for holding off on returning phones for issues before the S2 gets here... My wife butterfingered her S7 tonight setting it on her nightstand and SLAMMED it face first against a ceramic jewelry holder with a point on it. Nailed the screen right near the edge by the home button. Zagg glass protector didn't stand a chance. Luckily I have both phones insured so it's just a 100 deductible but I hope it doesn't screw up our S2 claim for that phone....

I submitted my claim on launch day for the S7 Edge and the items were expected to ship by 4/18... I never received any tracking info!

I got reliable shipping info from FedEx mobile app. Install and set up an account. It will notify you when they have something going to your address.

I received notifications from Prizelogic and FedEx (registered with Delivery Manager). I was shocked to receive the updates from Prizelogic because they seem so rare!

I now have a Fedex tracking number assigned for a package from Brightpoint c/o Time Warner in Indiana. It's yet to become a package, as the shipping info was sent to Fedex on the 8th, and that's where it stands right now. Estimated delivery is supposedly Tuesday, but I'm thinking no.

I submitted on 3/19 for the S2, and my status on the promo site still has the "Shipping Date Estimate: Pending."

Just a heads up but it may be faster to take the 100 EGiftCard from Samsung and buy the VR from their site. I originally submitted 3/18 and approved but no ship Date. I opted for the gift card and recieved it 4/7 and bought the Vr that same day. Now it was delivered to me 4/9(unfortunately I wasn't home and have to wait till 4/11). Don't panic - Samsung just decided we all needed a lesson in being EXTREMELY patient... Which sure ain't easy. I submitted on 3/10 as well and have been in "approved, shipment pending" status for over a week. I finally called PrizeLogic just for kicks to see what they would say and the girl pretty much told me what everyone on here already knew which is that when you submitted has nothing to do with when it will ship out. Some who submitted later than us have already received theirs...

While that is extremely frustrating because you'd expect a first come, first served scenario on something like this, the good news is it means our watches will eventually ship out, but there's just no way to know when that will be. The PrizeLogic person said 6-8 weeks from the date the status was changed to "approved, shipment pending."

Since I have that Samsung+ customer service thingy on the S7 with face to face customer service help, I'm thinking I might use that to complain about the process and see if Sammy offers me anything as an apology for using crappy PrizeLogic to run our promotions...

Looks like I'm getting something delivered from Fed EX on the 12th from BRIGHTPOINT C/O TIME WARNER. Must be my S2. Yet when I track it, it says it hasn't been shipped yet, but will arrive today. Weird.
