Samsung rebate period

Am I misreading it? I thought it says if you trade in a phone before 31st I get up to 200. I sent my paperwork and they said it's past the date. Now I can't find anything that says 31st, only 16th

That's weird. I did my trade in on the 31st. I guess I'm in trouble too.

So I guess there's two promos. It's terrible if Samsung jerks me around with this. I got my response exactly 5 days
What's stupid with this one vs the Oct 16th one. The Oct 16th one is OK if it's two receipts, the 17th and end of month one says it has to be same receipt. I'm waiting for email back from them. It makes no sense why it matters since it's same company doing this rebate. I ordered my phone through att and did the trade in with att right after

Where do you see the one where it's ok to have two receipts? I just got denied for a second time for dates that weren't acceptable even though I preordered within the time frame listed on the website. I'm thinking since I have two receipts (one for preorder and one for trade-in) maybe that is why I am getting denied.

I think Best Buy extended their own trade in date but Samsung did not.

I mailed mine in. I did my pre-order on October 1st and trade in on October 31st and mailed it at the beginning of the week. I'm going to be annoyed if they deny me because it was in a separate transaction.

Samsung had two promos one That runs 1st-16th and one that's 27th-31st. Only different is second one says it has to be on same receipt

I feel crazy for not seeing that before I went and bought a phone online to mail in. When I saw extension date I assumed it was for all note 4 orders within the time period.

I don't get why it matters if it's on two receipts or not...it's stupid. I mean the early month one you can do separate receipts

I agree. I don't get it either. It just feels like they're looking for reasons to nitpick and deny the rebate. So frustrating :-/

I would love to know what Samsung tells you guys about having two receipts. I am also in the same situation, although I bought the phone at the store. My receipts show that the trade-in was done 5 minutes before the Note 4 was invoiced at the same store. I wonder if this will suffice.

Those who did this promo on separate receipts have any been approved I sent mine twice and no response. I keep playing tag with email and fb with them.
