nothing. leaf rom isnt flashable by recovery, and we dont have the signature so recovery mode is useless to you.. what we need is download mode

yeah like i said the tech guy pressed the search key nd volume up or down nd something else besides the power button..i know it wasnt recovery mode or the kernel version...

You can't get LeafRom through an update.zip in recovery. It isn't meant for flashing entire roms anyway. If I was right about the name, a jig is a small device that is soldered and sometimes just placed in the usb port of your phone. During the phone boot process, it sends the download mode signal for you. This would let you flash a custom rom without finding the download mode key combo or usb debugging. I wish companies were more open about what they did with open source products. These things shouldn't be hidden or void warranties :/

It didn't work. We're in the IRC chat right now trying more options.

No luck here either trying multiple iterations with the 9/c button depressed while powering up. I've got an e-mail into samsung to see if they can help out here. Doubtful, but you never know.
