Hello guys,
I am new to the forum, so I do apologize if this has already been answered. I searched it and found nothing.
Anyways, I bought a AT&T Note 4 on craigslist a few days ago. When I got home and turned on the device, a message that says "Unfortunately, Samsung Retail Mode has stopped" and after doing some research, I found that there are ways of removing the retail mode app but you have to open it and enter several passwords. My problem is that the application does not open, It always gives me the "Unfortunately, Samsung Retail Mode has stopped" message. I tried doing hard reset but the application locks the phone down, so the only way to factory reset is through the app that is not responding. Can someone please help me? Any ideas on how to fix this error so that I could enter the application and reset the phone?:'
