I have a S2 tablet (SM-T819Y), no idea of the password or google account
Its locked, I have wiped cache and factory reset, still wants a password.
Is there a way I can get into it?

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Galaxy S2 forum (for the ancient S2 phone) to the Tab S2 forum.

You could try using Samsung's Find My Mobile to remotely unlock it or change the password, assuming you actually signed into your Samsung account on that tablet. https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

Google has Android locked down, what you're dealing with is factory data reset Protection. Once you sign into a Google account on and Android device it locks that to device to that Google account. If the account isn't removed by the owner before a factory reset it requires that Google account information upon start up.

It was done in combination of protecting user data and deterring theft because it turns stolen phones into paper weights that will never be usable.

There is no known way to bypass it, if there was user data wouldn't be secure on Android. It's also against forum policy to discuss by passing factory reset Protection, I'm surprised this thread wasn't immediately locked.

We usually allow for the slim possibility that someone might be able to use Find My Mobile to remotely unlock. But if the member persistently asks how to bypass, then yes, it'll be locked.
