Samsung s21 still on One UI 3.1

[Android Central Question]

I have an S21 (US) in Singapore but I'm still on the October 2021 update.

Apparently ONE UI 4.1 is already rolling out to some S21s and I haven't received anything of Samsung's out of air thingy.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this..? I've reached out to Customer support and they said they can't help me.

Have you manually check for update in settings? Otherwise flash the firmware in Odin
