hi guys me and the mrs both got Samsung s3 and with bought both 32 & 64gb micro cards to load music onto but though the music does load with in days the phone says the card is corrupt and needs formatting and so we lose all our loaded music and have to reload it all again, this is happening every few weeks or so and now becoming a real pain.

we bought the cards of ebay and are just cheap branded cards we have tried around 4 different cards now and all do the same.

do you think it may be that its just cheap cards or has anyone else had this problem of losing all the data on there cards on Samsung phones?
was thinking of buying Kingston cards but they cost loads and don't want to pay that sort of cash out if there not going to work either
any advice would be great

Thanks :)

I have not had this issue, but I would assume it has something to do with the generic cards. In all of my phones I have used name branded cards and have not had any problems (knock on wood). Amazon sells Samsung micro SD cards at a pretty good price, which is what I am using currently. Good luck!

This is a pretty common problem, particularly when using large amounts of media. You might have better luck with a Samsung brand SD card (that was my experience - after my SanDisk 64GB card went belly-up after a week I ordered a Samsung 32GB card and haven't had a problem since). YMMV.
