Samsung s3 multi windows tab grey out and refuses to enable

hello team, good day am new here just signed up..... my Samsung s3 4.2.2 recently refused to enable multi windows, it was working okay ..... until about 20 mins ago...... please help resolve, I have tried all I know and have even looked up google but no solution
