Samsung S3 Neo I9300i not working on pc wth usb

Hi all
I just bought a new Samsung s3 I9300I neo when i connect to usb on windows 7 it chargers but can not access the phone anyone else with this problem its running 4.3 thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure you have the latest USB driver installed: Download Center: Download Software, Firmware, Drivers & Manuals | Samsung

When you connect, do you see a USB connection notification on the phone? If so, swipe down the notification panel and tap that notification. Make sure it's set to MTP.

If you don't see the notification, then try different USB cables, as well as different USB ports on the computer.

no usb icon tried different usb and port and machine same thing it does charges through usb
