Samsung s3 touch screen not responding

[AC Question]

As soon as I enable 3G Wirelesses network connectivity as practiced, mobile was keep changing screens, enabling GPS, and making beeps. Immediately I have switch off the phone and it went to update mode. So I have remove the battery and kept some time and switch on. Phone came to normal mode and again malfunctioning was started. Suddenly Touch screen stop responding. I have done the factory restart and now it asking to select language press “Next”, but touch screen is not responding.

How can I fix this issue?
