Samsung S4 cracked screen and encrypted, how can I fix it?

Samsung s4 cracked screen and encrypted

i have a samsung s4 and the screen is cracked so i cant see or type on the screen.i know it's working because of the indicator light and the samsung startup sound. it is encrypted and i have to enter the password before android will boot. since the screen is cracked i have no way of doing this and i haven't figured out how to do it over usb on the computer. please help i would love to get my pictures off of it and don't really have the money to get it fixed right now.
