AC Question

I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the update hit sometime this past Monday night. When I am at work I change it to vibrate mode and every hour it automatically changes to sound. Dooesn't matter if I put it on vibrate or silent mode....always changes back after an hour to sound. Any others having this problem? Are there any fixes available? Thanks for any help! Shannon

I have a problem with this a New version 6.0.1
(Silent mode automatically Or vice versa)
My Device It is SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 .
I want to solve the problem ?
Thank You . . .

Maybe because you have set your work place customised sound profile to vibrate. Go to my places and check the custom settings.

See if ti goes away after a cache partition wipe:

Wipe cache partition
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume up, Home, and Power keys together.
When the Samsung Galaxy S 6 logo screen displays, release only the Power key.
When the Android logo displays, release the Volume up and Home keys. 'Installing system update' appears for 30 - 60 seconds, followed by the Android system recovery menu.
Press the Volume down key until 'wipe cache partition' is highlighted.
Press the Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key until 'yes' is highlighted.
Press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.

If the phone is not working correctly, you may need to master reset it and also clear the cache partition. These two resets clear different parts of the phone storage. Unlike a master reset, wiping the cache partition does not delete your personal data.
