Samsung s6 briefly shows charging icon then nothin.

Hi all,
My samsung s6 is no longer charging, shows icon briefly then nothing.
The buttons flash just for a milisecond when the icon shows then turns off.

If you're not already, try an OEM charger (that's an official charger, one made by Samsung) even if you are using an official charger, try another one. Try booting and charging in safe mode (if you don't know how, search Google for galaxy s6 safe mode) as well as trying plugging it into a laptop and let it trickle charge for a while.
