Samsung s6 completely died

I had the same issue. Talking this morning and laid it down for 5 aeconds. Thw screen was black and wouldnt respond when plugged in. I read this forum and you have to "HOLD THE POWER AND VOLUME DOWN" button for 10 seconds while plugged in. Make sure you hit the buttons at the same time to do a soft reset. Now i am replying to your queation on my phone.

I am dealing with the very same problem. I was using the FM radio app installed on my phone this morning. When I unplugged the speakers I noticed my phone was dead. I was unable to turn it back on. It was fully charged. I plugged it back into the speakers and the radio still works but the phone is dead, I cannot remove the battery since the casing is sealed. I don't want to have to buy another. This is is barely a year old. This is absurd.

thanks for the info i tried your soft reset you mentioned and it turned my phone back to showing it charging , mine was plugged in .

I am so glad you posted this cuz after 2 days spent at the hospital with my friend on the morning i was leaving my phone would not work on a full charge i made sure it was fll charge for my 4 hours ride on the bus.took my laptop to seach it up and did the soft reset and VOILA like new Thanks alot
