AC Question

I accepted and installed the latest OS update like a sucker.

2 hours after the update, the back button starts phantom pressing. It's completely unusable, just constantly firing, closes anything I open before I can do a thing.

Called Samsung support, they told me to backup and flash the phone.
Which fixed nothing.

If anyone has any suggestions I would love some ideas, this is incredibly frustrating!

Update (made an account lol) - so in case anyone stumbles across this, I did actually stop it from happening. When the system updated it turned on vibration contact for typing and actions, which I had always had turned off. I guess the back button on my phone is extra sensitive, I turned off this contact buzz and now the phone is fine. Interestingly the back button doesn't seem to trigger anymore even when the phone vibrates. I did try the manual install and it did not help, this must be a physical over-sensitivity of my phone that may have been there from the start, as I have always had touch vibration turned off. Thanks for the suggestions though!!

For anyone with the same issue who can't or doesn't want to get a physical repair, try going to (if your phone will let you lol I had to keep trying for half an hour) Setting > Sounds And Vibrations > scroll down and turn off Vibration feedback first, then kill all the keytap vibration options.
