Samsung S6 screen broken?

Recently, my phone's screen went completely dead. No matter what, it would not turn on. I tried resetting using the buttons, but it will not work. Whenever I press the power button the LED light flashes and the screen flashes purple, The light remains on until I press the power button. How do I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it vibrate as if it's actually booting up properly? Or does it ring when someone calls you? Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-29226
