Samsung S6 Software upgrade took away QWERTY keyboard in vertical view

When I turn my phone vertical, instead of a "real" qwerty format keyboard, I have one like the telephone touchpad where each of the 9 digit keys has 3 or 4 letters, the #2 key has ABC on it.

Is there any way to get the QWERTY keyboard back in vertical mode?

In horizontal, it still does show me the QWERTY keyboard.
