Samsung S7 AUX cords don't work, but headphones do.

My samsung is 6 days old, never dropped, no water damage, been in an otterbox since I pulled it out of the box. The AUX cord was working until 2 days ago. I had it plugged in to an aux cord listening to songs and received a phone call rejected the phone call and since then any aux cord wont work in my phone. I've tried 5 different ones in different places (through speakers, my car, friends car) none work it just plays through the phone speakers. BUT I can plug headphones in and they work no problem.

Any ideas before I send it back to get fixed? I'm hoping its just a setting I need to change.

Try to restart the phone in safe mode to see if you still have the same problem.
