I have cleared the cache. I have turned everything off and on. Started in the last week and cannot resolve this issue and there is no rhyme or reason to it. Please help.
Try turning off Nearby Device Scanning and see if that helps.
Depending on what version if Android you have, it may be in a different spot, but mine is found in the Settings / More.
