I use Samsung S7 SM-G930FD and the screen has been unresponsive since 2 weeks ago. I do hard restart and sometimes I tried removing the battery connector. Sometimes the screen responsive but sometimes still unresponsive. I tried replacing the battery (without the original battery) and still unresponsive but better than the original battery. The screen was not cracked and before the screen was not responsive my phone never fell before. If i turn mobile data and wifi off, screen responsive for 2 or 3 days. If screen unresponsive, i just lock the phone and leave it 2 - 5 minutes and the screen works normally. what should I do ? Do I have to replace it with an original battery? Or the screen was broken ?
