Hello, I'm hoping somebody can possibly help here.
My wife has recently updated her phone and she's passing over her old S8 to our youngest. Normally what happens here is I Factory Reset the phone via the Power/Volume method on Boot and it's done in a matter of minutes. However, in this case I've hit (for the first time) an issue where MDM is stopping the Factory Reset and even blocking it within the Phone's settings.
Looking online I discovered a App which supposedly would do the trick "Simple Factory Reset apk". I downloaded it and updated it to the most recent version, however it doesn't seem to work for me. I click the Reset button in the App, 60 seconds passes and then nothing. Basically silence.
Does anyone know where I'm going here?
