Samsung smartwitch didn't load my data

AC Question

I exchanged my note 7 today for the warranty note 7. Did the smartwitch in the store and all transferred. But, i think I might have signed into the phone with the wrong account because none of the stuff (apps/ settings) is showing. I didn't realize until tonight as i was so busy at work all day. Is there a way to fix this, reset or ??
 
They did the entire transfer. I watched. So, i figured it might be the Google or Samsung account. But how do I log out and sign bank in with correct account? I don't want to lose that data.
 
If they did the entire transfer, the apps should had transferred as well, regardless of account. I think even the account on the other phone would have been transferred. That's kind of odd.
 
I'm really not even worried about most apps. It's the texts that i need. That's why i was annoyed that tmobile couldn't mail me a new phone and i could set it up on my own with time to do it properly instead of waiting in the store for 2 hours only to have this happen!
