Samsung Sound Assistant not changing sound profiles

Hey all,
I've noticed that Samsung Sound Assistant is no longer changing sound profiles.
I have no idea when it started, but I will guess perhaps when the last security update was applied in early January?
I only noticed it the last few days to be honest.

I suppose I could use bixby routines to accomplish the same goal....

Has anybody else noticed this, or is it just me?

What does the Samsung Sound Assistant do? Or should I ask, what did it do? I've never heard of it, which obviously means that I've never used it either.

It switches sound profiles automatically, it's available in the Galaxy store

I downloaded it after seeing this. Not working for me either. Bummer.

Have you tried clearing data,cache,force stop it ?

So this app updated yesterday, it still isn't working properly, can anyone recommend an app or a means to change sound profiles based on time of day? Am looking for something less complex than say Tasker, is there not a way to do this within the OS?
