Samsung stuck at initial logo, how to save data?

Hi guys.

I have a problem with my tablet, I hope someone will help me.
Basically when I try to open my tablet stucks at the opening logo "SAMSUNG", and it cannot be opened.

I wanted to try to do a hard reset, but I'm afraid to lose all the data
How can I recover the informations I have on the tablet ?

Unfortunately unless it actually loads the OS, the data in it is pretty much inaccessible. Have you tried going into Recovery Mode and clearing cache (not data, just cache!) and seeing if that helps?

Yes I tried, after I press cleaning cache the tablet says: "ERROR" and then again it restarts.

It gives you an error when trying to clear cache? That doesn't sound good.... sounds like either the storage has gone sayonara or the motherboard is failing. Try connecting it to a computer and see if that recognizes it for recovery but sounds like you need to take it to a repair center.

I connected it, the software I use ( kies) recognizes the connection, but don't allow me to see the files of the tablet, because it is stuck at the logo.

Does Kies let you try to recover/repair the OS? Not sure if this wipes the device, though... but at this point it doesn't seem very likely that you can get any data off the device unless you can get the OS to work.
