Samsung tab A YouTube videos loose sound

[Android Central Question]

After watching YouTube for a while the sound goes and the only way to fix it is to restart the tablet. I have cleared the cache and can watch other videos such as Netflix when this happens.

sorry for the late reply, I haven't tried it in safe mode as yet. This issue doesn't happen instantly and it seems to happen after watching videos for a while. Because other apps work as norm I can only assume it is you tube.

It's still worth trying Safe Mode. Boot into it before you plan to watch a long video on YouTube, and see if it still happens.
