Samsung to Pixel 3XL

I finally made the jump! Excited about stepping away from Sammy. Tired of the slow and poor support from Samsung...........I had been looking at google phones since nexus, then Fi came out....just never made the jump.
Now I wait, 3XL should be here 21 or 22 Jan!

What Samsung phone do you have now?

I went from an S8 to my 3XL. Generally pretty happy with the move. Pixel 3 XL does everything I want it to... just wish it had more RAM.

I know everyone's gut instinct is to want more RAM but I haven't noticed any issues since the update the addressed the initial RAM management issues. I haven't had a problem with apps prematurely forced closing as I experienced in the beginning.

I wish that were the case for me. I have Spotify, Jefit (workout tracking) and Google News open for my gym sessions, and every couple of days, either Jefit will close, or Spotify will close. Very annoying especially since I rely on Jefit for the workout timers.

* External card

You will like Pixel 3 xl.

I had S8 Plus and Note 9.

Thank you! I have yet to use samsung pay/google pay and use GBoard....the external card may be more of a challenge in the future

I switched too... I love the Pixel. stock Android has gotten so much more better than Samsung's UI ... I know I took the note 9 back for this device... and I couldn't be happier.

Do you miss the SPen? Glad to hear you are happy with the move! I considered a Note9 upgrade but the fast updates and stock android made me jump ship

I never utilized it. I got the note for the screen size and the battery life
