Samsung Trade-In Question. No Instructions Given.

So, I got my S9+ yesterday, but there were no instructions, guidance, nor label for returning the S7 that I agreed to turn in.

Does anyone have any input, or am I missing something somewhere?

Also - billing? I signed up for the financing through Samsung (TD Bank) but I've yet to get any information regarding a bill, or transaction, or anytging.

apparently they will send an email with the shipping label. the billing I don't know but I'm sure they will email about that too.

Ha! Just got an email from Samsung with label and instructions.

Was wondering the same thing after opening up my new S9+. Ordered through Samsung and have not received financing info yet.

You will receive an email with a shipping label you can print out
Very important keep the box they want it shipped back on that same box
The financing you will receive an email 2 weeks from the day you receive the phone.

You can use any package.

Said so in the email.

They just clarified it needed adequate protection.

You should recieved an email with instruction and RS label. I got mine as soon as it was delivered. Remember return only phone. Not the accessories.
