Samsung trade in

I noticed that the shipping box for my S10 had very minimal packing material (just 2 inflated plastic bags). Not a lot of protection. When I shipped back my LG G6, I put the phone back in it's original product box and put that in the shipping box with more bubble wrap just to be safe.
If you have the original box yes just send it in original box, make sure you tape it so that the box doesn't open off by itself and also lots of bubble wrap and cushion inside the shipping box so that it doesn't move around.

My Galaxy S9+ trade in was shipped on 03/11, delivered on 03/12 and approved on 03/19. So took about a week.

My trade in showed up in Ft Worth on Mar 14th, still waiting on official acceptance. Hopefully in the next few days

They received and signed for my S8 trade-in on 3/21...is there somewhere on the Samsung website you can track the trade-in process, or is it just a matter of wait for an email from them?

You will get acceptance email and status will show on your order page. There is no progress tracking information.

I just checked the Samsung orders page and it shows my trade in as successfully traded in.

Sent if from FEDEX office on 12th.

Phone finally got to them late this afternoon. Based on shared timelines in this thread, I hope to get the news around the middle of next week.

My husband's phone got to them on Friday afternoon about 12:15. So how long does it take after that to get approved?
