I agree, but honestly I don't trust Samsung either way. this is my first ever trade in and I'll play their game so I can learn. only reason they're getting my Note 8 is that it's my least favorite note to date. I still have all the others to fall back on if I need to.

not keeping it per chat with Samsung, that said, thought I read that the Note 8 didn't have a battery but that notes beyond did. I may have been wrong, all things are possible.

Did anyone send a phone in that had screen burn in? My Note 8 has pretty significant burn in so I'm a little worried it will be rejected even though it wasn't listed in their three requirements.

I just wanted to let you all know I got an email from Samsung that my trade in was successful. My phone had extreme burn in, and I use to wash it off in the sink pretty often, so I was also worried they might say there was water damage. So, if you have burn in, on your trade in device and you haven't heard back, you should be good as far as that goes.
