Samsung Trade In

Mine says scheduled for delivery on 8/28 but it's currently in Fort Worth. Not sure why it's going to take 2 more days. I mailed it 8/22.

Mine originally showed 8/28 - then 8/26 - then 8/27 - was delivered today around noon - go figure.

Had a horrible experience with FedEx a couple weeks ago so have been watching this package like a hawk.

I am sending mine on way home. As far as box I just reused the shipping box the Note 10+ came in. I did put phone back in original S10+ box though and warpped in bubble wrap.

Mine went there too. I thought it said it was already there sitting for 2 days

Sent mine back in the original Note 9 mines the box candy of course. Almost sent it back in the Nore 7 box

They will go over it and get back to me in 3 to 7 days.

I bought my trade in into the Fedex ship store today. It was an S10 I bought on Amazon Prime day so it's in excellent condition, only owned for 7 weeks. I took photos of everything. Packed it nicely in the original device box. I hope it all goes okay. This is my first trade in with Samsung.

Yes it was, First email was the label and video
Second was the email saying they received it
Third was the email saying everything checked out ok and the trade in was successful
