Samsung trade in?

Can this all be done in a Samsung store or is only option to ship phone then wait and have them send to you?

Probably depends on which country you are in. In the US you order the phone on Samsung.com, go thru the ordering process and specify which phone you are trading in. One you receive your new phone, they will also email you a shipping label separately for sending in your trade in phone. You'll have 15 days before you can send the trade in phone to Samsung, so you will have plenty of time to transfer stuff from your old phone and to make a decision on what you want to do.
