SAMSUNG UK Shop - Recall, has anyone been able to get through.

Samsung UK Shop have sent out emails regarding the recall but the number is one rep named Oscar and his answering machine. FFS As much chance getting thorugh to him as having my battery explode. Has anyone who ordered from Samsung's UK Website been able to get through and request a replacement?
 
I'm on Vodafone and I rang them because I was told to deal with Samsung directly and when I rang they said email them the details?
 
I got through and they took my details.
He said that they would be in touch to confirm my replacement and I could choose another colour if I liked.
He also said that they would be giving us something as a gesture of goodwill but it was currently a surprise.
Should take about 10 days
 
I got through on Friday when the recall happened and they took my details and said they will get back to me within the next few days.
 
Tried for 45 minutes the first day but now away for two weeks. I'm using my Note 7 in the meantime - it's working perfectly. Love this phone.
 
I got a call from Samsung yday saying that the recall process will start on 19th September and that my provider or retailer will get in touch.
I asked about the gesture of goodwill I was promised when I called to register and she wasn't really aware of anything.
Wonder what will happen?
 
Spoke yesterday with them. Booked in for September 26th. Courier is doing an exchange at my door. Know nothing about a goodwill gift though
