SamsungHealth app gpx file not opening in PC

[Android Central Question]

We have a Note3 and a j2 Pro. When i export the gpx files via the app to phone storage then send to our pc and try to import them to Garmin Basecamp or MapSource I get an unexpected error or could not import report from the program. Has Samsung put a block or similar in the their gpx file when it is exported? What pc program can I use to open the gpx file?
