Another confirmation of this code no longer being valid. I had it applied earlier today and should have pulled the trigger. Now I'll have to wait a few weeks.

You: When I applied the code "SMART30" earlier today, it applied a $30 discount to my order. Now it is not. Is that code still valied? I was under the impression it's good until 5/3.
Brittany: Unfortunately, the promotion isn't valid. Are you looking to upgrade?
You: Yes, I am looking to upgrade. If the code is not valid anymore, I will have to wait until later in May.
Brittany: We have promotions for other devices.
Brittany: What key features in a cell phone are most important to you?
You: The Incredible is the phone that meets my needs.
Brittany: I do understand. Unfortunately, the promotion that I have to offer would be for the Multimedia devices only.

hmm as i reported earlier i had success ordering this on a line for my family share... i attempted to order a second incredible with the promo code to no avail. says i didn't meet criteria... which is moot because the other line is in the same position.

Hey guys, I just tried to place an order for the Droid Inc. now and applied the $30.00 off coupon code and it should up as applied and active

The coupon worked for me also. I am really thinking about switching my family plan over now even with the ETF, such a hard decision though. (I only will lose about $30-40 if I get the DI with this coupon now instead of waiting until July)

I just caled VZN CS and a nice lady agreed to credit my account for the next bill with the $30.00 after telling her that I have the screen print from VZN site showing the code is applied for a new order

I just called regarding the coupon, talking to a lady at customer service. I got caught in the whole "need to speak to the account holder" situation. However she said that for an error like that, she recommended I wait till I received the phone then give them a call back to fix something like that.

I placed my order on 4/22 and called just now about this...the guy was pretty nice and agreed to take $30 off of my current balance. SWEET!

it said that for me when I tried with a 1 year contract, but then it worked iwth a 2 year contract. My CSR didnt even ask for a screen shot. Took about 2 minutes in the phone.

I called about an hour ago, and the CSR didn't know anything about it. I saw this code on another forum, and she asked me for the link to the forum and the thread I was reading - she checked out the thread and told me to hang on a sec. Asked me when I pre-ordered (April 19th). Then she applied the credit to my current bill that's due on May 17th. Guess that paid for my case for my Incredible! LOL

yeah the code isnt working for me but i am getting free activation which is usually $35. so i guess i will call in after i place my order
