Save Settings?

Is it possible to save wear apps and settings so after changing phones you can quickly set up watch as it was on previous phone?

Not that I have ever seen, or read about. Plus....as finicky as Wear OS / Android Wear has been during updates and pairing with phones it's probably always best to start 100% fresh & clean
