Save to PDF - unfortunately print spooler has stopped

Samsung Tab S2 9.2" Android 6.0.1
Occasionally, I want to save to PDF an interesting page whike I browse with Chrome. But I get a message: Unfortunately print spooler has stopped"

I suspect some other app gets in the way, because the error onky started to come up recently. It goes away after a restart, but then it happens again. Could be a Google Cloud or a Microsoft OneDrive, but these are just suspicions.

Elsewhere, when I try to get into Gallery, I get "Cloud agent has stopped". Where do these errors come from?

It's probably the Cloud Agent error causing the spooler bug.
Have you tried adding a print service from Play?

I am who asked above, unaware I already had an account.
Is the Cloud Agent part of the operating system? Or is it an app?
My printer does not support printing from the Android or Cloud, but paper is not the goal here. I just want to Save As Pdf from Chrome.

From what I read around the forums an update from Samsung pushed a bug into a number of devices.
Do you see any pending updates for cloud apps or whatever you use to read PDF's?
