I didn't. I "bought" something from him so I don't know where it was supposed to come from.

And I agree that some good ole boys need to pay him a visit.

Did a search on google for that e-mail address to see what other sites come up. Seems he posted under some video game forum a while back using that same email address. Name seems to be Alan Ginter... Good luck on the curb stomp!

This situation really sucks, sorry to hear.
This is my first time on the marketplace area of AC, and needless to say, this kind of turned me off from the idea of trading phones. I'm sure if the other person is kind enough to ship first, I'll feel more secure about it, but that just makes it look like I'm trying to scam instead.

Update: Sent me a tracking number tonight. It seems to be legit when I track it. Hopefully I'll have my phone back in a few days.

Tracking number gives a delivery date for Monday, and it was shipped from Payson AZ. But this will in no way excuse him from his actions.
