Screen Auto-shutoff

Hi, I'm new to Android, but loving my Evo so far. I am trying to set it up so that the screen shuts off automatically after 1 minute, unless the phone is plugged in, in which case I want it to never shut off (unless I shut it off manually with the power button). How do I make this happen?

There's an app in the market called Power Manager that is configurable so that you can change settings based on plugged in or other triggers like battery less than x%.

I don't use it, but ran across it on another thread.
