Screen brightness keeps resetting after taken off charger

I'll have my screen settings set at a certain brightness. Once I take it off the charger with the screen, the screen resets to a much lower brightness. It does it everytime I take it off the charger.

Is this doing it to anybody else? Do me a favor and change your screen setting. Make sure your screen goes to sleep and then unplug it. Did the setting change?

Figure it out. It only does it if set on Maximum battery Saver in Battery Manager. The Att display did the same thing. Not sure if its a software bug or if they mean it to do that
