Screen burn In isssue with Samsung S8

My last AMOLED device was from 2010 and never suffered burn-in. However, after 3 years the colour balance had definitely shifted, with a green tint to whites and greys. I'm sure LED longevity is still better (and so have no interest in AMOLED TV sets), but I'd personally classify it as a reservation rather than a concern.

I normally hide my status bar on my homescreens anyway (no way I will use the manufacturer's launcher), so am less concerned about that.

One issue that the Samsung S7 had was screen burn in issue after a week or two of used I wounder if this issued has been fixed with the Samsung S8

I've had a samsung s2, s4 and the s6 edge. I use them for work and more specifically as a sat nav. Both the s4 and the s6 have suffered badly from screen burn or pixel fade due to the static images associated with the map icons. Disappointing for flagship phones.
