Screen Burn In

I have had my Nexus 6 since its release date. Now, for the past month i have had persistent screen burn in the navigation and status bar. I've tried "screen burn in" apps such as AMOLED Burn-In Fixer, etc...
The apps work but its only temporary, after a day or so the burn in is back.

I cannot use any other color wallpaper than black, otherwise the burn in shows and it starts to become an eye sore (to me at least)

Is there a permanent solution to this or am I going to have to replace my unit. I love my N6 and I didn't see enough of an "upgrade" to warrant a jump to the 6P

Is there a permanent solution to this problem?

i think black color wallpaper is the cheapest option but you should contact to repairing center

I noticed screen burn-in after about a month also. Only detectable if I look for it very carefully with a grey background.

It can be made less noticeable by making the aging of the pixels more unfiform.. I don't believe in running an app just to do this.

But I noticed chrome browser doesn't have a dark mode which is another thing that bugs me because dark screen really saves battery
So whenever I browse in chrome I invert everything. That makes the page mostly black (which saves juice) but keeps the status bar and navbar white (which tends to help those areas "catch up" with the rest of the screen aging). Yeah, the pictures look a little squirrely but oh well.

With root, xposed and gravity box, you can set up an immersive mode which uses pie control for the navbar. Can also hide the statusbar and swipe down to read it, lots of options depending on what you like.

Thanks! I'll definitely look into your suggestions.
